Jessica Rutledge was born in Seoul, South Korea, and grew up in Midland, TX. She graduated from UTPB in Odesssa, TX where she was a cheerleader and captain of the dance team. Upon graduating, Jessica became an on-air personality for Permian Basin radio stations such as B93 and 103.3 Kiss FM, and she also wrote a column in the Midland Reporter telegram. Additionally, Jessica was on the dance/cheer team for Odessa’s first indoor/arena football league, The Odessa Roughnecks, and eventually became the coach and choreographer for the team when they became the West Texas Roughnecks. During that time, she also coached, choreographed, and danced for the dance team of the Odessa Jackalopes’ (Semi-Professional) Hockey Team for a season.
Jessica owns and operates Dance Lab, which focuses on Dance, Cheer, and Tumbling in Big Spring, TX where she also teaches hip hop dance. She currently resides in Big Spring, TX with her husband and corgis and coaches both the Cheer and Dance Teams at Howard College.
