Player's Required Check List

Please have all of the check list / forms completed by August 1, for a smooth transition when arriving on campus.

VTranscripts / Testing - NJCAA Rule

  • Must have High School transcripts on file
  • Must have all previous college transcripts on file
  • Testing - TSI Scores on file
    • Exemptions from TSI
    • ACT (23 Composite with a 19 or better in English and Math)
    • SAT (1070 combined score with a minimum of 500 in English and/or Math)
    • TAKS Test (2200 or above on Reading and Math, 3 or above on Writing)

VBacterial Meningitis Shot (State Law)

VRoom Deposit

  • Must send $100 deposit to secure a dorm room which may be returned back to you when you leave Howard unless you have dorm fines.

VPhysical

  • Must have physical on file prior to arrival in order to participate in practice
